Need to return or exchange something from Sativa Divas?

No problem! Please read through our policies below, and of course contact us if you have any questions. 

While we do everything in our power to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, please keep in mind that Sativa Divas clothing is a growing company and may not have the same return and exchanges policies that you'll find at big box stores.

 

Timeline for returns

You will be eligible for a refund only if the product arrives back to us within 14 days from the day the order was originally delivered. If we receive the product back 15-30 days after the day the order was originally delivered, you will be eligible for store credit to SativaDivas.Net only. If the return arrives after 30 days of the day the order was originally delivered, it will be refused

 

What can't be returned:

Items described as "Final Sale". And all Smoke Bras, shorts, leggings, bodysuits and all accessories .

Merchandise must have all tags attached.

Any worn, soiled, altered, washed, or customer-damaged items cannot be returned and will be shipped back to you at your cost and no refund issued.

If you cannot be reached with your provided contact information within 30 days from when you initially received the item in question to purchase a ship charge to ship the un-returnable item back to you, the item will be destroyed and no refund will be issue

Returns on orders that utilize free shipping will be subject to a reduction in refund or store credit in the amount of $9.00 ground or $35 for International

Returns under certain conditions only, read policy below. Since we are shipping overseas we can't guarantee items will be deliveered on a specific date.

 

Shipping cost is non-refundable, unless we ship an item in error. Buyer is responsible for any international customs or parcel cost.

 

Sativa Divas is not responsible for any accured international cost such as customs or extra shipping cost due to international parcel services. The buyer is responsible for any additional custom/shipping cost.

 

If in any case you do not receive our Sativa Diva goods you have purchased, Sativa Divas will refund the full amount paid for the items, not including shipping once we have recieved the undeliverable package with our items intact unused and unopened. This process normally takes 30-45 days to receive our returned items. Then we will process you refund.
